1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes, absolutely. We are available for destination weddings both within Indonesia and internationally. Travel and accommodation fees may apply depending on the location.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Yes. I’m happy to help with location suggestions, timing, outfit guidance, and the overall concept to ensure the session feels natural and meaningful.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

The retainer is non-refundable. Rescheduling is possible subject to availability, and must be requested in advance. Please contact us as soon as possible if any changes occur.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes. All packages include high-resolution digital images. Prints and custom-designed albums are also available as add-ons.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

Yes. We have our own professional videography team, and we also work closely with trusted videographers whose style aligns well with our photography.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Of course. You are welcome to share inspiration or must-have shots. I’ll also guide you naturally during the session to capture authentic moments.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Yes. We can arrange a meeting or online call before the session to discuss details, expectations, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

Final edited photos and videos are typically delivered within 6-8 weeks, depending on the session type and season.
